Programme Benefits & Structure

The programme provides a tangible benefit to accredited coaches and mentors, making top-tier protective gear more accessible.

• Exclusive Gear Discount: All officially registered coaches and mentors will receive a 20% discount on all personal Xavia Racing apparel and equipment. This allows you to gear up with the same premium products you recommend, ensuring your safety and reflecting your professional status.

Partnership & Administration

This programme is facilitated through a partnership with your affiliated organisation, such as a riding school, racing academy, or official club.

• Organisational Responsibility: The Partner Organisation (e.g., the riding school) is responsible for nominating its eligible coaches and mentors. They must provide Xavia Racing with a validated and updated list of individuals at the inception of our partnership agreement.

• Maintaining Accuracy: To ensure the integrity of the programme and that all active coaches continue to receive benefits, the Partner Organisation is required to review and update this list on a quarterly basis.
