At Xavia Racing, we value the powerful role our partners play in bringing the brand directly to the riding community. Our Event Payout and Commissions program is designed to formally recognize and reward our partners for their efforts in driving brand awareness and sales, both online and at live events. This structure ensures a mutually beneficial relationship, where your proactive engagement is directly tied to your financial compensation.
Event Payout Terms
Partners who are exclusively representing the Xavia Racing brand are eligible for a €150 payout for each event where they maintain a professional trackside setup and active presence. This fee compensates you for the operational effort of representing Xavia at the event.
To be eligible for the €150 per event fee, the Partner must fulfil all of the following conditions:

Advanced Scheduling: The event must be requested and approved by Xavia Racing at least two weeks in advance by officially adding it to the shared Trackside Schedule.

Social Media Activation: You must create and publish at least one social media post during the event that clearly features your Xavia trackside setup. This post must tag our official handle, @XaviaRacing.it, to amplify reach and verify participation.

Professional Presentation: Your booth must be staffed by at least one qualified person at all times during official event hours. This representative must be knowledgeable about Xavia products, capable of engaging with customers, and must be wearing Xavia-branded apparel to maintain a professional and cohesive brand image.

Exclusive Partners: Partners who represent Xavia Racing exclusively are eligible for the €150 event fee plus a 10% commission on all online orders placed through xaviaracing.it using their unique referral code during the event period.

Non-Exclusive Partners: Partners who represent multiple brands are valued members of our network. While they are not eligible for the €150 event fee, they are eligible for a 10% commission on all online sales generated through their unique referral code.
