Business Partners

Event Payout

Partners exclusively representing the Xavia Racing brand will be paid €150 per event with a professional trackside setup. To be eligible for the €150 per event fee, the Partner must:
(1) Request the event with Xavia Racing at least two weeks in advance by adding it to the official Trackside Schedule.
(2) Make at least one social media post during the event featuring the trackside setup and tagging @XaviaRacing.it.
(3) Ensure the booth is staffed by at least one qualified person at all times. This person must be familiar with Xavia products and be wearing branded apparel.

Commissions

Exclusive Partners: Partners exclusively representing Xavia Racing will be paid a 10% commission on all online orders sold through xaviaracing.it using their unique code, in addition to the €150 event fee.

Non-Exclusive Partners: Partners not exclusively representing the Xavia Racing brand will be eligible for 10% commissions on all online orders sold through their unique code, but are not eligible for the €150 per event fee.

Wholesale & Distribution

Wholesale Inventory Pricing
Partners are permitted to purchase stock items for resale at a tiered discounted rate. A minimum opening order is required to receive wholesale pricing.

Tier 1 Wholesale Discount: 50% off MSRP | Minimum Opening Order: €5,000
Tier 2 Wholesale Discount: 40% off MSRP | Minimum Opening Order: €2,500
Tier 3 Wholesale Discount: 35% off MSRP | Minimum Opening Order: €1,500
Marketing Support Credit
A credit will be applied to the partner's first wholesale order to purchase point of sale (POS) materials and marketing kits.

Tier 1 Credit: €500
Tier 2 Credit: €300
Tier 3 Credit: €150
Partners must maintain annual wholesale purchases equal to their initial tier's minimum order value to maintain their discount level.

Coaches & Mentors

Support Programmes

Official coaches and mentors affiliated with a partnered organisation will receive a 20% discount on all personal Xavia Racing gear.
The Partner Organisation must provide Xavia Racing with a validated list of eligible coaches/mentors at the beginning of the agreement and is required to keep this list updated quarterly.
