1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the following business day.
Note: Processing times may be slightly extended during promotional periods or high-volume seasons.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer reliable and trackable shipping options for domestic and international deliveries:

3. Shipping Costs

- We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your parcel in real time.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team at info@xaviaracing.it.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
- Xavia Racing is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders returned due to non-collection or failed delivery attempts

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packing your order, but in the rare event of loss or damage during shipping:
- Contact us at info@xaviaracing.it within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)
- Include your order number, photos (if damaged), and a brief description
We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Pre-orders and Made-to-Order Items
If your order includes pre-order or made-to-order products:
- The estimated shipping time will be stated on the product page
- Your full order will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise specified
